Q: “How long will this run for?”

A: It’s an ongoing monthly subscription. You can cancel at any time but I am suggesting a three-month commitment to begin seeing lasting change.

Q: “How do I graduate or otherwise exit the program?”

A: Whenever you feel done or complete you are welcome to cancel your membership and exit.
